Applying a job @ Linksys support! Need help on what to study

#1 Post by makeitcount » Tue Feb 13, 2007 12:39 pm

Hey gang, I'm thinking of applying for a support job at Linksys. But I am not sure about which things I should study in order to get the job, so if anyone has any recommendations please feel free to advise!

Thanks!

get one of the network plus books, pretty deep, but worth it, you don't necessarily have to go for the certification exam but just learning the tcpip portion, cabling, router, switches, etc. etc. would be a great start. Network Plus is a industry wide certification and a big help on the job resume.
