Help dead t40 !!!

I have a t40p it was dropped then worked fine till the battery ran down, dropping dammaged the ac connection so it would power up but not draw power charge from the ac. (this was done by the previous owner)

Now, I have access to another t4x so i am trying to resolve the problem.

But now while trying to resolve that i have the 4 beeps then silence then 4 beeps, 4 x this indcates the secuiry chip from what i can tell,

So this becomes dislodged somehow ?, and if so do i need to simply reflow the solder to it.

or do i need to replace the chip while retriving the info from the orginal chip any help would be appriciated,

Update:

Found the problem for it not drawing the ac, broken connector lifted joint, so thats not really a problem.

But regarding the security chip it is a t40p, and it appears there is a slot on the undersite near the top of the baord near the power connector where a plug in module is missing ..
