upgraded ram: dual channel?

Hey, I just bought a 1GB stick of ram that was recommended in another thread to supplement my current 1GB stick in my T60p. I installed it, but I can't figure out how to activate the dual-channel mode. Is there something special that I have to do? How can I even check to see if it is using the dual channel mode?

nevermind, cpu-z reports that it is using "dual" mode. I have to say that I was very happy with the ram, and it was cheap too!
