Can send pics to, but not get pics from, my Bluetooth phone

the pc sends to my phone but not vice versa.

i have checked the 'be discoverable' box already on the pc.

maybe i am doing the procedure wrong? my phone says 'no device located'. the pc says 'waiting for file' after i start up the bluetooth file request.

the phone shows in bluetooth devices in control panel.

i have ibm bluetooth II on here. windows xp, sp2.

i went to a sprint store and my phone found at least 3 bluetooth devices.

it is still not finding my t41

Not exactly the same, but recently I downloaded the latest version of Nokia PC Suite for my Nokia phone. I had used the previous version, but not in several months. After I downloaded and installed the new version of Nokia PC Suite, I could not make an IR connection with my Nokia phone. Device Manager showed the IR device working normally. Nevertheless, I decided to uninstall the IR device in Device Manager and reboot. After doing this I was able to connect with my phone successfully via IR. [My T42 does not have bluetooth]
