Where to get replacement LCDs?

I have a T60 coming and am not crazy about the 15" LCD,
It's max res is only 1024x768

Where is the best/cheapest place to find 14 & 15" LCDs of higher resolution for the T60's?

I'm sure ebay must offer some, but they are still expensive.

I know a 14" SXGA+ by Samsung will set me back about 1400 usd here in DK (that is JUST the screen we're talking about)

I don't know about cheapest, but I had a friend order one from:
http://www.screentekinc.com/ and he was very happy.

It looks like a nice new screen will cost around $400 - $500 bucks
