Docking T43 and keyboard goes dead.

I have a problem is I dock my T43 with it in sleep and the lid shut, then when I open the lid the keyboard is dead. To recover I have to power down. This happens when it was not docked at the time I shut the lid.

Anyone know if there is a fix for this?

Just wan't to mention that I also have the problem.

however I can se the mouse.
If I just suspend the computer, using the mouse, and then turn it on again, the keyboard works. (it also affects external keyboard)

This happens to me intermittently also, though I don't have to be docked. Sometimes it happens with the mouse (trackpoint and touchpad) too. Haven't found any solutions other than restarting.
