Screen Protector for X60 Tablet

#1 Post by jingorm » Sun Feb 25, 2007 11:39 pm

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good screen protector for my new X60 tablet? And is one even necessary?

I have seen two brands on various forums, Boxwaves and WrightRight Screen Protectors. Has anyone had good experiences with either of those or with others.
Current: X61t (7767-96U, SXGA+) AND T60p 15in w/ Flexview (2623DDU, refurbished)
X60t (6366AJU, SXGA+)
X200t
IBM T40
IBM X24

The pointing stick will definitely press against the screen if there is any pressure at all on the screen. I've found oil from the keys will show up on the screen without any noticeable force on the screen.

As for protectors...I use this one:

You don't need a screen protector, just be careful what you clean the screen with.
