[WTT] Sierra EVDO (Verizon) mini PCI for SierraWireless 8755

Hi everyone.

I've got an X60 (1709-H6U) which came with embedded WWAN. Though, it is EVDO and I have no use for it (I live in France). I bought the laptop knowing that, but it was the only one that met my other criteria at the time.

Now, I'm starting to feel a need for WWAN capabilities, and I'd like to trade my EVDO mini PCI card (FRU 41W1177) for a Sierra Wireless 8755 mini PCI card (FRU 42T0835). I am aware that the one I'm looking for is 70€ more expensive than the one I have (at least in France), and will consider any offer.

Guess I have to sell the EVDO card and buy a brand new SierraWireless, then.
Anyone interested in buying an EVDO card, mini PCI ?

Please be carefull trying to do a straight swap between the EVDO and the European cards - the X60s has different part numbers for the antennae that are installed during the build process. You may find they are not compatible.

I've only been able to find different CRU for the antenna cables, though...

I should as well ask someone in Lenovo, I know the French tech sales team...
