So, I had to get another battery and bought the high cap battery, is there a breakin technique that seesm sounds? Charge it fully, run it down, charge it again or something.
I tried searching, are the posts now expiring or did that end?
what is the best way to break in new high cap battery for T4
The best thing for the battery is to charge it - then never use it.
All battery use creates wear. Full discharges create considerable wear.
There are only 2 problems with that.
1) The charging circuits need to calibrate to the battery. This requires a full discharge/charge when you get the battery and then "periodically". Some people will tell you that is once a month - some people will tell you every 6 months. Depends on how accurate you like you charge meter to be.
2) If you never use your battery - it isn't very valuable. Kind of like never using your car because the gas gets used up and the tires wear out.
