Can I delete these?

I'm trying to free up some some disk space and found these...

C:\Program Files\Lenovo\System Update\session\tvtrnr31_1022en\z180zab1022us00.tvt (140 MB)

C:\Program Files\Lenovo\System Update\session\tvtrnr31_1022en\tvtrnr31_1022en.exe (222 MB)

Is it safe to delete them? I think they're just install-related for Rescue and Recovery 3.1, which is already installed.
