How to download Hardware Maintenance Disk?

Hi,

Does anyone knows where i can download the Hardware Maintenance Disk for T series? (T20, to be more specific, i guess the disk version is 1.62) to input a Serial number in one of my company laptops?

He wanted the Hardware Maintenance Disk, not the Manual.

The Hardware Maintenance Disk is only available to authorized IBM technicians, or to those who are lucky enough to get someone to send them a copy.

Maybe someone with a copy will take pity and email it to you. I don't have it.

I sent you version 1.60 and 1.69. Hopefully one of them will work for you. Others got an error message, saying something about the eeprom.
