Return shipping costs

Does IBM pay for return shipping costs?

On some returns, I have paid the return costs. On other returns, IBM has sent me prepaid Airborne labels. What is the official policy? Thanks.

In my expirience warranty items are paid for by IBM.
Returns of merchandise are paid by customer.

I've had to return a couple of laptops and accessories under the 30 day no questions guarrantee. IBM paid for everything.
