Updating the service partition?

Hi all!

I wonder if it is possible to update the service partition?

Ideally, I would like to make some sort of ghost of my current working setup (which I then can restore from the bios).

If that's not possible I wonder if I at least can update the Windows version on the service partition to SP2?


Any hints would be appreciated.
