Is an R50 15" with 9 cell pushing it too much?

it shows the thinkpad back sticking right to the limits...keep in mind that my 14WS has a a 7 cell that sticks out...will this be in issue?

also what kind of thinkpad is pictured in there? 14 inch? 15 inch? WS or standard Screen? Thanks

also before i buy, i need to know that it fits perfectly with no extra slack
