This somehow does not surprise me. Just about every other computer company sucks. I reallied tried to convince a friend to buy from Lenovo, but they went to HP instead because of a discount they could get. I contacted HP support about a problem with my HP Officejet R80. The response was just a copy and paste of what I found on their website about my problem, which did not fix my problem. Thankfully, every HP product I have is very reliable and is easily serviced by the consumer, so I have never had the need to contact their Technical support. Despite all the crap I have heard people say about Lenovo (which has been little), they ar doing a fantastic job for their customers and offer excellent products. IF I needed a new computer, and I was on a budget, I would get one of their Lenovo 3000 series notebooks. Two thumbs way up for Lenovo.
I have finally rejoined the dark side.
