I've tried those anti-spyware program....but non of it works!. I'm reaching the end of the road of formatting my thinkpad....any idea guys?

Dr. Watson is a valid Microsoft Windows tool for reporting system errors. It has been around since the days of Windows 3.1 (maybe earlier). This site appears to have some instructions:

I'd try the "run drwtsn32" solution first, otherwise be sure you know what you are doing with "regedit".

When you say the anti-spyware programs don't work, what does that mean exactly? Do the programs not run? Do they run, but report no problems found? Which program(s) have you run?

Are you running any antivirus program? If so, when was the virus definition file updated last?

Well, sorry for not stating it clearly. At first I thought i was some spyware stuff lurking in my system, so I've tried Ad-aware, Spybot and few others...I can't remember the name. All those hijack and stuff were remove and clean.....and found no probelms at all.

I have AVG Free edition on board my system....

I suggest you run your antivirus and spyware scans while in Windows SAFE MODE. You may find things in SAFE MODE that will not show up in NORMAL MODE.

Also, you should check your hard drive for errors. Go to Start > My Computer > right-click on C: drive > choose Properties > Tools > Error Checking > Check Now... > check both boxes. You will be prompted that Error Checking will occur on reboot. This may take some time to complete.
