touchpad config utility missing, need help

Hi,

i recently reinstalled win XP on my t60 and everything would be fine except that i installed the Thinkpad Configuration Utility and it no longer allows me to configure the touchpad our the trackpoint buttons.

Another thing that happen was tha the TPM driver under the Windows Device Manager says it can't load the device driver, and that might be correct becaus i downloaded the TPM drivers and after extracting the, i clicker installe.exe and nothing happened.

I installed System Update and no critical update is missing.

Can someone help me?
