T60 Mobility X1300 - Driver issues

Current Driver is

ATI Technologies Inc.
Date: 9/13/2006
Version: 8.293.1.0

So the driver is fairly recent. My question is, where do I get driver updates?

I went to ATI.com downloaded the mobility X1300 drivers and my system/card failed the Catalyst test.

I also don't see where on the Lenovo site I download x1300 drivers. Is there something I'm missing? I've search the net and these forums, and from what I can tell, most people have no problem installing the drivers from ATI.

Hi,

You must get the updates from Lenovo website or using System Update or Software Installer. It detects automatically which version you have and notifies you if you want to update it.

The files from ATI have some detection problems and you need to hack a little bit in the INI file to make them work.

But anyway the best is to get them from Lenovo directly.

Awesome thanks. I just wanted to make sure I knew how to get updates. I use the system update, so that works out great.
