I wish Lenovo had been more open to this being a problem when I had repeatedly complained back in Jan/Feb... I just got repeatedly blown off by technical support when I had suggested that it was not a limited problem, nor a software issue... The worst part is that their onsite technicans are no longer trained on the product or seem to be trained to diagnose issues. I wish that in the major regions of the country they would have engineers whom could diagnose problems without having to send it back to HQ for weeks at a time....
