Weird UPS Notification - Special Circumstances on my T60?

Anyone have this language with their UPS tracking info.

Looks like mine is coming from Hong Kong(HK)..I guess they all are, but I thought they had a warehouse in Carolina for US shipments?

I get this note:

Your package has experienced an exception

UPS IS PROCESSING SHIPMENT FOR FUTURE SUBMISSION TO THE FOOD/DRUG ADMIN AND/OR DEPT OF AG PPQ

Rescheduled Delivery.

What the heck is all this? Or is it standard lingo for S/H across Intn'l

Looks like the government brain trusts think your t60 is a chicken and are checking it for bird flu. I understand that after a 30 day quarantine if your thinkpad doesn't drop dead they'll release it for deportation back to China.
