Info Tv Out on T30

Dear all,
my notebook is IBM T30 with video grap. Ati Radreon 7500.

Is the laptop Tb Out ? Can I link the TV with Interfaced Scart?
The Interfaced is only VGA(no Svideo and RCA).
Can I use the direct cable :

I'm not an expert on European connectors, but searching on Google I found that there are Scart to RCA connectors:

I have no idea what that cable is however I can tell you this, there is a cable that plugs into your vga and splits off to a rca and a s-video plug:

I have one, but as of yet cannot get it to work properly for the life of me, there are enough of them out there and claim to work if your video card has a tv out option, I used to have a radeon 7500 with tv out, but I still have my doubts as to whether this caple will work, I was only trying it on my 1300i and my T21 neither worked.

yes you can. just get an appropriate adaptor cable.
