IBM Document

This problem comes from customer, with his R40 machine (2682-ra5)
after he create new partition (D drive) then automaticly system create new folder names "IBM'S Document" that contain for all shortcut documents at the d drive, and this folder is undeleteable
the problem is:
1- how to stop creating shortcut ?
2- how to delete thats folder (IBM's Document) ?
3- From where thats folder comes ?
