Always CPU 100% any good ideal Why?? and how to change

My T42p 2373GVU is free alot of time. Any ideal what wrong or what we need to change to fix this problem, Please. Just using WinDVD and it is sometime free and report CPU 100%. Give me any ideal and how to fix. Thank you.

Look in Task Manager and see what application/process is maxing out your CPU, if it looks dodgy kill it because it could be a virus!

Then do a virus scan etc (check you have the latest definitions installed on your machine) and that should pick up and clean any viruses you may have.
