How cheap do you want? Would $250 be cheap enough? I have the Dell X51v and like it very much, and it's about $250 on eBay. The X51 (without the "v") has very similar specs except though less memory, and is cheaper.

i'm buying it for my friend, so he mentioned the price way below $200. basically he asked for DPA working both good with Skype and PDF files, movie files.
