Rescue and Recovery 4.0 cannot make bootable media

I've tried this in Vista Business. All I get is "An Internal Error Has Caused this Process to Fail." Any answers?

I've got the same problem here.

My R&R 4.0 was downloaded from Lenovo's website. I never tried installing it from System Update
