Where is video chip?

Can someone tell me wat it looks like and its location?

IM having a blinkin screen when i tap my keyboard or case.
I took apart and pressed all connections tight and chip looknig parts....now it dont blink untill it warms up about a 40 minutes.

But Wheres te video chip?
Is it under the silver monitor plug?
under that plate with the exlamation point yellow sticker?
