thinkpad 570E modem card

i want know if this "modem card" that i saw in my thinkpad 570 is a mini-pci and if is it , i want know if is posible attach a wireless mini-pci card there , i read about bios error of "unsupport network device" so i want know if somebody try it and if can work.
