T60P display resolution

#1 Post by jkunysz » Mon Mar 19, 2007 11:06 am

I am running XP and am trying to configure a 'full screen' display with a screen resolution less than the max 1600x1200 but everytime I lower the resolution, the viewable image on the laptop screen is reduced proportionally.

I find the max resolution makes for icons and text to be too small and reducing the screen resolution isn't helping because the viewable image is also shrinking.

Is there a way to lower the screen resolution and also maintain a 'full screen' display?

Start->Programs->Thinkvantage->Thinkpad Configuration

Click on LCD, then set set Screen Expansion to "Enable"
Apathy is on the rise, but nobody seems to care.
