usb port in docking station

usb port in docking station

I have a thinkpad t60p and when docked, occasionally, my usb mouse will stop working. To 'recover' my mouse, I have to unplug its usb connection from the docking station and plug it back it.

Any ideas?

I'm looking for a dock for the T410.... the place i'm putting this requires me to use HDMI with HDMI audio output or VGA with 3.5MM audio output.......

selling my docking station for my T440s since I won't be needing it anymore.... it is the Ultra dock with single dvi and dual DP port .... my T440s...
