X60 Vista Business English Recovery Disk Please

I live in Japan and own a Japanese X60 with preinstalled Vista Business.

Does anyone have an english X60 Vista Recovery Disk they can provide me or access to an ISO. I am more than willing to give my Japanese version over.

I am heading back to my home country and I have been told that they will not provide me with Engish version recovery disks because my X60 is a Japanese model
