Different Temperature reading shown for Core duo

hi,
this is the temperature reading shown for core 1 and core 2,
after booting from Stand by and operating for ~30mins

anyone encounter this ?

I don't think seeing different temperatures on the two processor cores should be an issue - it is common to see one of the dual core processors taking on a slightly heavier load than the other - it is impossible to balance the load on each processor to 50% all the time.

well, after rebooting, it was equally distributed load to these duo core. this big temperature difference phenomena only happen after boot up from standby.
i did update this "WindowsXP-KB896256-v4-x86-ENU" by comparing its behaviour and vice-versa.
to no avail, temperature still become a big gap after booting up from standby

Intel Thermal Analysis Tool shows temperature from individual cores. It might be useful for verifying Mobilemeter's ready. Mobilemeter has not been updated since Feb 2004. It may not fully support Yonah / Merom.
