Oracle Issues

We are currently running The oracle Jinitiator 1.3.1.24 on a number of M-52 desktops and T-60 laptops to access reports through a web portal. When exporting in any module, export usually freezes up. But only with these new models. We use Image ultra builder 3.1. Our current OS is windows 2000. The OS and application modules for each desktop are the same for all old and current models. Any one else experienced the same issue?
