Do you have suggestion for escalating a complaint w/ Lenovo

My father ordered three months ago a $ 2k Lenovo desktop.

After notice after notice of shipping delays, when it finally arrived the desktop has the wrong motherboard and is missing a second hard drive and a second optical drive.

The rep who handled the initial order won't return my father's calls about this matter. When my father received a call from a rep who handles warranty matters and who was calling my father regarding a warranty on his IBM Thinkpad, this second rep promised to set up a 3-way call with a supervisor after my father explained his current predicament. This second rep failed to follow through and now this second rep won't return my father's calls.

My father is worn down and disgusted by this situation, but he has no idea how to reach a senior-level person who will help.

Could someone please suggest a person or department to contact ? If you would rather email me the info rather than post it, let me know and I'll provide my email address on this forum.
