Battery monitor?

I ran across a little program in linux that acutally records the time you system spends on battery. I found it to be quite pleasing. Instead of an inaccurate prediction of how long the battery has left, I'd like to know in practice how long my battery usually lasts.

Does anyone know such a program for windows? Did a search and no luck.
