Comodo Firewall asks too much?

Comodo Firewall asks too much?

I've tried Comodo and yes, it is a good program. However, it simply asked too much, even things that I did allow. It made me feel that it's a good firewall simply because it asked you for everything, so if you made mistakes yourself, that's not its fault. I personally don't like that, new ZA has Auto-Learn function, Norton although is bloatware, it has auto-updated sets of rules and fw signatures.

If you have experience using this software let me know how you use it? Thanks! 8)

Uninstall and re-install it. Make sure to select the 'no questions asked' option.
My Comodo only rears its head when new program versions are installed.

The latest version doesn't have this option, but having Custom-Learning mode . However, I don't think the fw signatures are updated frequently such as the bloatware Symantec. What do u think?

Make sure to click "Add Library" when the option is available on the prompt if it's something you don't want to see again. Obviously click the check box if the library option isn't available.

FW settings don't need the same regular updates like an AV.

My Comodo V2.4.18.184 was downloaded/installed on Jan 17, 2007, size: 8,307,792
It's Component Monitor is still in 'learning' mode.

I was thinking of trying Comodo in my Thinkpad. If I don't like it, does it uninstall cleanly?
