Good bag/sleeve for 15.4 WS with extended battery?

#1 Post by gpvillamil » Tue Mar 27, 2007 6:56 am

Has anyone picked up a good sleeve for a 15.4 widescreen T60p? The Zeroshock series III for 15 inch widescreen looks good, but might not be able to accomodate the extended (9-cell) battery.

Any experiences?

sfbags.com has EXCELLENT bags... I just got one for my T60 Wide with 6 cell battery, but they make them for 9 cell batteries as well.

If you're looking for a sleeve, I'd take measurements of the lappy with the battery in and compare them with the specs on a tag in a store. The SFBags one is very nice, but kind of pricey. If you're looking for a messenger-style bag, I have a Targus Messenger Notebook Case (TCM004US) which was one $20 and does the trick. I also have a Targus Feren backpack for when I need to carry other things (books, folders, notebooks, what have you) with my laptop. Other manufacturers to look into are Samsonite and Case Logic, both of which make pretty nice cases.
