I wish to bring the Community's attention to a PriceGrabber-listed Merchant who sold me new Thinkpad T60/p accessories but delivered USED components. To avoid compromising the rules of this forum I have detailed my experience [Andrew_Sea] as Merchant Feedback on PriceGrabber's site, at:
http://www.pricegrabber.com/rating_getr ... retid=2092
Just to show I can be fair, here is a link to feedback on a great Thinkpad merchant:

The merchant feedback I posted at PriceGrabber contained:
I would not purchase from Ebuy Superstore / Electronics Inc again, as the 2 items they sent me were USED items being presented as new / OEM. Ebuy's website gives the impression that everything being sold is new, with original packaging, instructions, etc. In fact my items arrived together in one box, with minimum bubble wrap, minus any instructions, and slightly scored at switches, buttons and connections.
To Ebuy's credit, the store manager agreed to accept my complaint, covered RMA Return shipping, and reimbursed me my full purchase price and S&H costs. Nevertheless, I had to dispute the transaction 3 times before my complaint was acknowledged, with agreement for prepaid RMA and a full refund. For clarification the items I purchased on 3/7/07 were:
- Lenovo Thinkpad Advance Docking station (2503-10U) &
- Lenovo Thinkpad 9 Cell Battery (40Y-6798)
