Two Screws?

I just received a new T60 widescreen... what are the two additional screws for?

I figured that one is for the ultrabay drive but how do I screw it in? It has some sort of a hexagonal indentation... was there a screwdriver included that I missed out on?

What about the longer second screw? What is that for?

You need a Allen key for the hex screw.
The long screw I think it's for the docking station?
