How do I stop the 'Activate Verizon Wireless' window?

#1 Post by metazone » Sat Mar 31, 2007 10:58 am

Each time I start my Thinkpad T60, I get a window asking me whether I want to activate Verizon Wireless broadband. I have no interest in this and find it annoying that I can't get it to not pop up when I start my thinkpad t60. Any help?

Thanks,
Bill

I was dealing with the same thing. When the Verizon window opens go to either "Tools" or "Options", I forget which, you can then un-select the opening at start up.

try start->run...

type in msconfig

go to startup tab, and see if there's a verizon activation that's being run, which you can then disable.

hope this helps!
