It makes me wonder what they are actually packing in my box when I see a UPS message stating:

UPS IS PROCESSING SHIPMENT FOR FUTURE SUBMISSION TO THE FOOD/DRUG ADMIN AND/OR DEPT OF AG PPQ

I got that message on one of the parts I ordered with my Z61p in February. I think it was the SATA Ultraslim Bay adapter.

It didn't slow down delivery even by a day.
