Can a 760XD employ USB in any way ?

#1 Post by DoctorBill » Sun Apr 01, 2007 5:03 pm

Now that my 760XD has a new battery, has all newly formatted and
loaded with WIN98SE hard drive, I was wondering...

Is there any way to get it to interact with the USB Memory Sticks?

Lexar, ATIVa, etc.

My 128 MB LEXAR memory stick is USB 1.0....the ATIVA is 2.0.

Can some driver be loaded and an adapter to the serial or parrallel ports
be used?

My only way in is via the CD-ROM and a lowly 1.44 MB Floppy...

I understand there is a direct cable linkup from one computer to
another, but I am ignorant of how to do that...

A USB Memory Stick would be very nice to be able to use....
