Gaming with the T40

Hi

All of the T40's that l saw came with the" ATI Mobility RADEON 7500". Can this be updated? I saw on the Lenovo site some updates has anybody updated theirs and is it worth while.

And is this a decent vidio card for gaming?

You cannot upgrade the video card, without upgrading the entire motherboard (essentially turning the T40 into T41 or T42).

The Radeon 7500 is pretty old. It will run 2003 games just fine, but will struggle with most of the modern 3D stuff, and some modern stuff will not run at all.

That's not a problem because most of the games l enjoy were made before 2003
