I played with the sidebar from http://www.thoosje.com/ a while ago and didn't like it. But I just found another one here. Give both a try!

I second Yahoo Widgets. New version cuts back on the amount of memory the program uses. I like it (though it is not on any of my systems right now, had difficulty do I uninstalled it until I work my computer's bugs.)
I have finally rejoined the dark side.

Not sure if you know:

http://home.cogeco.ca/~rklauncher/

Give it a try you wont find a better Dock for a PC.
Ok its not a Tool Bar, but check out.

btw. Dont use the Download from the startpage, it has some small bugs.

Use THIS VERSION here from the offical RK Launcher Forum.
