IBM Buy Today/Ship Today

I'm new to the forums. I've found them to be very helpful in making a good decision on which ThinkPad to purchase. I did a search to see if this topic had been addressed and did not see it. If it has been answered before I apologize.

I purchased a T42 (2378FZU) on Monday afternoon. I have a friend who is an IBM employee and I was able to get a pretty good deal ($1709.99). I opted for the Two Day shipping so I would have it Wednesday. (I had the order in well before 3pm, the listed cutoff time)

I received the shipping confirm last night (Sept. 28th) and when I spoke to UPS today I was told it would be delivered Friday, Oct. 1st.

My question is this, do I have any recourse to get my two day shipping money back because of the fact it will be four business days from order and three business days from the shipping? It's not that big of a deal, but $21.00 is $21.00.

Sure, call IBM sales and ask for a refund. Worst thing they could possibly do is refuse, and they're not likely to do so.
