Need help please

My computer keeps crashing due to some memory error and I have found a yellow ! mark in the the computer mangement section for Raid Controller. The Raid controller has a yellow Exclamation mark for an error. What doe sthis mean and how can this be fixed?
Under resources it says this device isn't using any resources because it has a problem. Location is PCI Bus 2

Could you post a screenshot of the window with the yellow ! mark?

Are you referring to the device manager in Windows? If that is the case, the yellow exclamation mark means the driver is either disabled or is not working properly. Reinstall the driver usually fixed this problem.
