Help: USB Port not working, Win XP says Unknown Device. A31p

Hi,

suddenly my usb port, both of them not working. Win XP says unknown device.

my bluetooth also not working. When I turn it on, it blinks but doing nothing at all.

I already open the laptop and try to clean around the CPU area. After that, the USB ports and bluetooth work for about a minute then giving the problem back.

What's wrong with it and how do I solve this?
