Presentation Director docking scheme

In Presentation Director, there is the option to choose a scheme that immediately applies when the laptop is docked. On my T60WS, though, it is always grayed out. No matter which scheme I choose, I can't get this function to activate.

I've downloaded the newest Presentation Director (dated March, I think) and I am running Vista.

Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem or knows of a solution.
