T43 + Docking Station + Ultranav Keyboard = limited function

Anybody have an IBM keyboard hooked up to a docking station?

The ultranav works fine but I can't get the Fn suff working or the volume buttons going... Any ideas?

most keyboards with extra buttons require some sort of driver to work.
