While I don't have any for sale, these elusive items are now at Compuvest here:

They have three listings, the lowest priced one is the FRU unit, no manuals etc. The middle one is the retail package, the most expensive is an open box retail package. (Pricing often doesn't make sense at Compuvest, but the prices are still good.)
