Easyserv VS Onsite service

#1 Post by Brad » Wed Apr 11, 2007 2:20 pm

I have used Easyserv and I was wondering what those who have used the on site warranty thoughts of that service was?

Do they come the next business day? Do they have a trailer load of parts to replace anything that may need replacing or do they have to order the parts and come back.

Just wondering is this extra cost service is worth the extra cost. I have been very pleased with the Easyserv service thus far and one of the reasons I always recommend ThinkPads.

Thanks

Brad

I haven't had onsite, but I would suspect it's the way to go. You won't be posting about how EZ serve said you have water damage on your motherboard and is asking $800 to fix it..
